Why Medavakkam
Buses, schools, hospitals and supermarkets are all close to the junction, and the Radial Road gives a quick route towards OMR and Pallavaram. For families, that mix of convenience and connectivity is the main draw.
Look a few streets away
Kovilambakkam and S.Kolathur are a few minutes from Medavakkam junction but usually offer better value and calmer streets. Our current project there has 2, 3 and 4 BHK flats in a building of only eight homes.
Before you buy: a quick checklist
- Title and patta Ask for the parent documents, patta and encumbrance certificate, and have a lawyer check them.
- Approved plan Check that the building follows the sanctioned plan — number of floors, setbacks and parking.
- UDS for your flat Your undivided share of land should be written in the sale deed. More UDS means more land you own.
- Road width and water Wider roads mean easier access and better resale. Ask about borewell depth and Metro water.
- Build quality Ask what the walls are built with, what sand is used for plastering and which brands go into fittings.
