Our story
BK Builders was founded in 1980 by N.G. Sekaran (M.A.). Today it is led by Managing Director G. Balakumaran (B.E. Civil, M.B.A.), who brings a civil engineer's eye to every site.
We don't build towers. Our buildings hold 3 to 8 homes each, so we can watch every detail ourselves — red bricks, river-sand plaster, SUV-size parking, a lift and EV charging in every block.
Every elevation is planned with Chennai architects, structural engineers and Vaasthu consultants.
